Buddy’s dog lick mat recommendation is natural low fat yoghurt (for its probiotic benefits and excellent source of calcium), sprinkled with blueberries (a natural antioxidant, full of vitamins and specific nutritional compounds that help to fight inflammation and prevent cancer!) and Sprats (high in omega 3 - an essential fatty acid that dogs cannot produce themselves that helps with the health of the heart, skin, coat and joints!). Mash it all in, pop it in the freezer for an hour and you’re good to go!
